Research in Clean Energy Technologies

We utilize electrochemical energy conversion devices to attain our clean and sustainable future.

One of our research projects seeks to enhance the efficiency of polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) water electrolyzers. A PEM electrolyzer is an electrochemical energy conversion device that produces high purity hydrogen using liquid water and electrical energy. When this product, electrolyzed hydrogen, is fed into a fuel cell, we can generate electricity on demand in absence of carbon emissions!
